ABSECON – Hill’s Science Diet and Pet Pantry sponsor and Absecon Veterinary Hospital have donated 680 pounds of cat food to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey Southern Branch’s Pet Pantry.
When FoodBank clients get food for their families they also can receive food for their pets.
More than 3,500 families and their pets have benefitted from the non-profit organization since 2015.
Pet food donations are accepted from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the FoodBank, 675 Black Horse Pike, Egg Harbor Township. They may also be dropped off at Absecon Veterinary Hospital, 195 S. New Road, Absecon and the Community Presbyterian Church, 1501 Brigantine Ave, Brigantine.
