SCOTTSBLUFF - During the month of August, Aaron’s Sales and Lease will be a collection site at which the public can donate pet food to Skipper’s Cupboard,Inc. The Aaron’s store is located at 3018 Ave. I in Scottsbluff.
With the approach of cold weather, demands for pet food increase, and it is the food drive’s goal to collect at least 2,500 pounds of dog and cat food.
As a special incentive, Aaron’s will waive its first month’s payment for anyone who opens a new lease account and donates at least a 10 pound bag of pet food to the drive.
Skipper’s Cupboard is a local non-profit charity that has delivered over 98,000 pounds of pet food to hungry animals throughout western Nebraska and eastern Wyoming since 2009.
