Pet food bank in need of donations - Milford Mirror
Food supplies are low at the pet food bank, and Milford Animal Control is asking for donations.
Milford’s Animal Control runs a pet food bank to help residents having trouble feeding their pets. It is run solely by donations from the public.
Animal Control is asking for donations of pet food, toys, treats and old blankets.
“Currently, both wet and dry cat food supplies are very low,” officials said.
Items can be brought to Milford Animal Control, 664 East Broadway, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Milford Animal Control is located in Silver Sands State Park, with an entrance located on Meadowside Road.
Monetary donations are also welcome, and help to offset veterinarian bills.
