Thanksgiving Pet Food Drive at Post Gazette. Tuesday is the last day to help Freeway support a local shelter by donating pet food and supplies. Donations can be dropped off at 5 Prince Street, see additional details here.

5:00PM Wharf District Council Meeting at 30 Rowes Wharf. The Wharf District Council meeting will take place from 5:00PM-7:00PM in the Norman Leventhal Center. The meeting’s agenda will include discussions on police updates, the Boston Public Market, Greenway updates and an the HarborWalk Signage Initiative.

‘Uptown’ redevelopment comes with rebranding

Boston Properties and Delaware North are the co-developers of The Hub on Causeway, a 1.5 million-square-foot, mixed-use, real estate project that the team is trying to rebrand as the new “Uptown”. The neighborhood, historically known as the West End, was also referenced in a press release announcing tech company Rapid7 Inc.’s lease of the office space adjacent to the TD Garden as “Boston’s growing Uptown neighborhood.” The Boston Herald has the full story.
