Photo: Brett Coomer, StaffPet Supplies Plus has signed a 10-year lease for a store in League City's Tuscan Lakes community.
The 6,000-square-foot store will be at League City Parkway and FM 270 next to Sherwin Williams. Opening is planned in June.
Lunden McGill with Baker Katz represented Pet Supplies Plus, while Stephen Pheigaru of Hunington Properties represented the landlord.

"We've been working with Pet Supplies Plus to support their growth plan, securing locations in underserved areas in the pet food and supplies provider market," Lunden McGill said in an announcement.

Pet Supplies Plus has more than 400 locations in about 30 states. It has opened area stores in Cypress, Spring and Katy since entering the Houston market in 2015.
