Employees from Simmons Pet Food present a check in the amount of $21,527.36 to the community, which represents their donation to this year's United Way of the Flint Hills' campaign.

"Not only did this company increase their employee participation by 25 percent they also increased their giving by 57 percent, and that's in addition to a generous corporate gift.
