PERHAM, MN (Valley News Live) No one was injured after a plant in Perham partially collapsed Saturday evening.
Perham Fire Department officials say they were dispatched to 525 W Main St around 5:40 pm for a fire alarm activation. Once crews arrived on the scene they said there was a partial collapse in a section of the plant.
Authorities say the damage is significant and they are working with plant officials to estimate the damage.
There were people in the plant at the time of the collapse, but no one was injured.
Fire department officials say snow may have a been the cause of the collapse, however, they are still investigating.
