Hill’s Pet Nutrition Inc. and PetSmart Inc. failed to convince a federal appeals court to revisit a decision that reinstated a proposed class suit alleging they overcharge for deceptively marketed prescription pet foods.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit Oct. 3 denied the companies’ request for a panel rehearing or a rehearing by the full court.
