SPOKANE, Wash. - SCRAPS is thanking siblings Max and Elle, who wheeled in a haul of pet food over the weekend.
For their birthdays, Max and Elle did not want presents – instead, they asked for dog and cat food donations to bring in to SCRAPS.
This follows the organization's plea for food donations in late October.

SCRAPS described Max and Elle's gift as "the cherry on top," after the support they received.
