Pet Supplies Plus opens in Oak Island
OAK ISLAND -- Pet Supplies Plus celebrated a ribbon cutting last week in the new Lowes Foods shopping center on Midway Road in Oak Island.
Owner Steve Blitchington was joined by officials from Southport, Oak Island and St. James.
The 7,500-square-foot store will include supplies for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles and small pets as well as a self-service pet wash.
Pet Supplies Plus will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
